Check list
PDF files must be printable and provided as a composite file generated with the Acrobat Distiller according to the PDF/X3 conventions. Please provide always two PDF files. One PDF file with cutting guide, the other without, but both in the same quality, size, resolution etc.
Data are invested with 25 - 30 mm bleed. Cut and passermarks must be placed outside the bleed!
Data must be in CMYK mode, no RGB data! Special colors are unambiguously defined and clearly recognizable.
Cutting guides are always to be provided. They must always exist as overprint, unambiguously defined special color in at least 1 point strength and, in addition, as an independent level in the document.
Picture data has a resolution of 304 dpi (very large motives accordingly more slightly). The suitable open PSD is added absolutely Photoshop EPS-files with vector data to be able to react to perhaps pressure problems.
All printing data are in a clearly defined folder - which includes:
- printing file in actual size
- all in the document and in EPS-files used fonts (or fonts in sign paths converted)
- all placed data (psd, tif , eps, ai, pdf, ...)
- file names without special character
A colour print with cutting guides has to be enclosed to the exposure data.
Please put on overprinting and overcrowding in the document .
Only a color-obliging Proof according to Fogra standard ISOcoated v2 (Fogra39) with topical entire media wedge forms the basis of a color vote for us, other or incomplete Proofs are not accepted.
