6 reasons for cheeering at the display Superstar Awards ceremony on 15 October 2024 in the Rheingoldhalle in Mainz! Our displays won 4 x gold, silver and bronze.

Assassin's Creed Mirage

Gold winner in the categories: Corrugated cardboard large self-presenting & Special Design Award

Assassin's Creed is a well-known brand that has been thrilling its fan community for years with new adventures for PS4, PS5, PC and X-Box. The action placement visualises the ‘open world’ of Assassin's Creed Mirage and presents the protagonist Basim in action within a diorama. The 3D effect created by the multi-level structure is further emphasised by the detailed graphics and LED lighting. The display was integrated into the nationwide campaign for the release and was therefore on special areas in time for 4 October 2024. Consumers were made aware of the game in an impressive way and had the opportunity to take photos.

Finvara Irish Whiskey

Gold winner in the categories: corrugated board small
 

The Finvara display brings the mystical world of the legendary King Finvara to life and attracts customers' attention with its unusual design language. The display, which was produced in an edition of 1,000 units, has two levels on which 15 + 3 bottles are arranged. The upper platform with its rounded sides creates an exciting 3D effect. This effect is reinforced by the front insert with the image of the king, creating a visual experience that makes the display stand out from the crowd. The product carrier is designed as a quarter pallet, which makes it easy to place at the POS. A simple structure and easy handling as well as stability during shipping were key requirements in the development of the display. A combination of different types of corrugated board was used for this purpose.

Kärcher tractor with trailor

Gold winner in the category: Corrugated board large goods-carrying

The two-part placement tractor with trailer is a real eye-catcher in the specialised trade with plenty of space for presenting large containers of a wide variety of products. The bonnet of the tractor can be rotated and used as a tray so that 4 x 5 litre canisters can be placed if required. A plug-in cross provides the necessary stability. The trailer is encased in Euro pallets. The design corresponds with the Kärcher brand identity and thus achieves a maximum recognition effect. All branches and dealers worldwide can order the Kärcher tractor. For this reason, special attention was paid to quick and easy assembly during the design phase. The large placement made of EE-Welle was produced in an edition of 350 pieces using digital printing.

Easter present 2024

Silver winner in the category: Packaging

At Schoepe Display, it is a cherished tradition to give customers a small gift at Easter. This year's gift is a gift box made of E-flute corrugated cardboard with sweet contents that delighted customers. The Easter motif was lovingly hand-drawn and digitally printed. Filigree laser engravings complement the motif and create an additional 3D effect. The packaging can be securely closed with two snap-in tabs in the lid. This functional packaging is not only a real eye-catcher, but also represents a world first in display and packaging production. It was produced using a laser that cuts and creases without any additional moulds. Lasering as an alternative to punching or plotting opens up completely new possibilities for product presentation - not only in terms of design, but also in terms of speed and flexibility. And the highlight: the whole thing is completely independent of the planned print run.

Guhl Kids

Bronze winner in the category: Corrugated cardboard small goods-carrying

To support the new Guhl Kids line, Guhl Ikebana GmbH has developed an exclusive PIXI book together with Carlsen Verlag from Hamburg, which customers receive free with the purchase of a Guhl Kids shampoo. The book is about the lovable dinosaur Gustav and the unicorn Lilli, who transform the bathroom into an imaginative world full of discoveries and make children want to shower and wash their hair. This campaign is presented at the POS using the eye-catching display, which picks up on the elements from the book. The product carrier is particularly impressive due to its unusually light and airy design with floating trays. The front inserts with the book's protagonists are additional eye-catchers and round off the presentation and the target group-orientated approach. The ¼ pallet display was produced in an edition of 1,100 units.
