German Packaging Award 2023 goes to Schoepe Display

Top award for creative solution

When it comes to packaging, there is no getting around the German Packaging Award. Since 1996, it has been one of the most important international showcases for achievements in the field of packaging and is held under the patronage of the Federal Minister of Economics and Climate Protection. Every year, the German Packaging Institute (dvi) awards this prize to companies, research institutions and designers for innovative and forward-looking packaging solutions.

The jury of experts not only evaluates aesthetic and functional aspects, but also pays special attention to the ecological and economic potential of the packaging.

Schoepe Display wins in the category product presentation

What the jury said:
The multifunctional box from Thomas Henry can be flexibly equipped with variable inserts, which at the same time guarantee a particularly high level of protection for the products. With the help of a rubber band that is placed around the respective bottle, even different bottle sizes find their safe place in the box. The customer can assemble the box individually at the beverage retailer and take it with him directly or have it sent to him by his retailer. The jury found the variable inserts, flexible filling, the high level of product protection and the simple presentation of the goods to be worthy of an award.

Andreas Grathwohl, Managing Partner Schoepe Display, comments:

"The variety of projects submitted and awarded is impressive and shows how creative and innovative the packaging industry is. We are very proud of this award - it encourages us to continue to develop great display and packaging solutions for our customers with ingenuity and innovation."
