Beginning with raw materials and resources, through to measures in production and logistics, to environmentally friendly packaging: Kneipp GmbH focuses on sustainability in many areas. Kneipp GmbH has set itself a number of ambitious goals in its internal sustainability strategy. In doing so, Kneipp delivers a convincing performance under the key term “climate-neutral company” as per Scope 1 (heating and vehicle fleet) and Scope 2 (electricity). Kneipp GmbH is currently still working on the implementation of Scope 3, i.e. the offsetting of emissions that are caused by the company itself but which cannot be directly controlled by it (e.g. suppliers and service providers).

This starts with the procurement of clean raw materials and continues with the clean production in our eco-friendly plant in Ostfriesland and right through to the biodegradability of our products.
